TEC has been involved in the design of over 35 rail-roadway crossing intersections. Firm members have participated on Diagnostic Teams and are quite familiar with design guidelines. The firm recently completed a project for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation bringing ten (10) crossings into compliance with the Federal Regulation for pre-emption of adjacent traffic signals. Firm members have served as expert witnesses which provided additional experience.
