EXPERIENCE
Mr. Butler is currently a principal and President of Traffic Engineering Consultants, Inc. (TEC) in Oklahoma City. He has been a traffic engineer with the firm since January 1988. He has extensive experience in traffic signal design, traffic impact studies, traffic planning and all other aspects of traffic engineering. His duties include project management on projects ranging from small traffic studies to large design/analysis projects. Prior to employment with TEC, Mr. Butler was employed as the Acting Chief Traffic Engineer for the City of Oklahoma City. He supervised all activities of the Traffic Management Division. During this term he also served as Secretary to the Traffic Commission. Before functioning as their Chief Traffic Engineer he was employed as a Traffic Engineer. His assignments included all facets of design/engineering.
